An Outlook Express Backup V6.5 application is used to backup multiple identities, Outlook Express Data, signatures, Outlook Express accounts and Rules, preferences, blocked senders, Windows Favorites, Internet Explorer settings, and Windows Address Book (WAB). It's the best email backup software so far. The extra settings and features help to the professional users to customize more extensive backup capabilities.

How to Backup your Outlook Express Data?

After easy installation of this application, open the program from the desktop icon and run your backup utility. Select BACKUP NOW option to start with the backup procedure.

Suggest the new backup Job name for your reference to remember the backup job. Backup summary at the bottom helps you to summarize your entire backup job as shown in image below.

Select the backup media type either Local/LAN or to the remote FTP server and you can also backup on multiple disks or not CD/DVD(s).

Choose the items that you want to backup – Main Identity of the Outlook Express Data includesignatures, message rules, account preferences, blocked senders and choose more other items to backup in reliable storage.

An automatic backup scheduler enables you from starting the backup process at your defined schedules. Select backup, Security and Compression settings that you want (Refer Image below). Save your settings and press Next to proceed with backup operation.

Backup progression window pop up and shows the backup progress. You can verify your backup files and also shows log files as shown in image below.

How to restore files using Outlook Express Backup?

We hope your computer and system will work well for a long time. However something wrong could happen anytime, at that time you need to restore you backup, run the Outlook Express Backup application, click RESTORE NOW link. Select files to restore your previous settings from saved destination.
