I have installed Norton 360 into my laptop, after installation i noticed
some of my files (2GB) are disappeared and also my desktop files are converted into
shortcut and its not working properly. Could you please give me ur suggestion regarding this. thanks

Hi. At first, this question should be in forum, not below this article.
And second - I think this has nothing to do with Norton 360. It is rather a system problem.
